Here is a quick and simple recipe for turkey meatballs. Not only are they delicious but very lite and healthy as well!



20 oz. ground turkey
2 clove garlic, chopped
½ cup chopped parsley
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup grated carrots
½ cup grated zuchinni
¼ cup grated onion
2 large egg
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. salt
½ Tbsp. ground black pepper

(Serves 8-10)


  • Grate vegetables and mix in with ground turkey
  • Add all remaining ingedients to turkey and mix well
  • Take a tablespoon of turkey mix and roll into a meatball
  • Place onto parchment paper
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes

There you have it, a healthy alternative to the traditional meatball. Yum!
