The Power Hour



It was a beautiful day here in Southern California, and per the advice of the CDD going for a walk, hike, and simply getting some fresh air is good for mental health. I was blessed to spend the day out in the garden and with my girls down at our local beach. Everyone was respecting more than 20 feet from each other and that good old vitamin D was warm and welcoming to the body.

Taking time out and reflecting reminded me of wellness expert Lori Harder. I love her advice about the beloved power hour.
